- Branding & Creative Services
- Lead Generation Campaigns
Since these are digital and performance-based services, results may vary depending on market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.
2. No Physical Returns
As we do not sell physical products, there are no physical returns applicable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The project has not yet started.
- A duplicate payment was made.
- The service cannot be delivered due to technical or internal limitations.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Services already delivered or completed
- Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms
- Domain registration & hosting fees
- Customized design or development work after approval
- Monthly retainers once work has commenced
Ad budgets paid to platforms such as Google or social media networks are non-refundable once campaigns are live.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused days within a billing cycle.
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
6. Processing of Refunds
If approved, refunds will be:
- Processed within 7–14 business days
- Issued via the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
7. Client Responsibilities
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The client fails to provide required information or access
- Delays are caused by lack of communication
- The client violates advertising platform policies
